βThe owners and staff are the most friendly and amazing people! When Walgreens closed in Irondequoit, I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy. I was having some medical issues and needed a medication and the pharmacy was going to close in ten minutes. I called and Dave answered the phone. He said he would stay late and wait for my husband to arrive to pickup the medication. Even stressed for us to take our time in getting there as he was fine with waiting. I wish I had known about this pharmacy a long time ago!! Love them.β
βMy compounded prescription for my dogs epilepsy medicine was transfer here from another pharmacy. They contacted the dogs vet and filled the specialty script in one day!β
βThe bakery department is a 10/10. They did this beautiful cake the same day I ordered it and exceeded any expectation I had and were so nice! I Will never go to anyone else!! They are amazing and such beautiful bakers :)β
βI shop at this Walgreens location very frequently, especially for family photo orders and everyday purchases, and I consistently receive outstanding service. Three employees in particular, Brennan, Maritza, and Javy, truly go above and beyond every single time I come in.
They recognize me by name, greet me warmly, and are always willing to stop what they are doing to help me with my photo orders, questions, and purchases. They are patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. No matter how busy the store is, they make me feel like a valued customer and never rush me.
My photo orders are always handled with care and accuracy because of them. They take pride in their work, and it shows. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication are a big reason why I continue to choose this Walgreens over any other store.
Employees like Brennan, Maritza, and Javy are rare, and they represent the very best of what customer service should be. They absolutely deserve recognition for the exceptional work they do every day.β
βWanted to give a special shoutout to the guy William in the sub area. I was in a bind the other day trying to serve 40 people lunch and had only a half hour to spare. Will was calm cool and collected as he made the subs as fast as he could and put them on serving platters for me. So appreciative of him and the team for pulling that together on a busy Sunday.β

βI love Wegmans. Their fruit and produce is always the best available and I also love many of their own label foods. Iβve shopped there for over thirty years and I donβt have any intentions of stoping anytime soon. :)β

The CVS pharmacy is quiet, a good place to get vaccines. Quick, respectful, clean, and ready to assist a customer, help with a vaccine or give professional advice. I have been there twice to catch up on my vaccines. Every time treated respectfully with all the staff. Thank you.β
βPark Ridge Apothecary is definitely the best pharmacy as far as I'm concerned. I've been using this pharmacy for years and the pharmacists and technicians here are fantastic! Knowledgeable, caring and will go out of their way to help resolve any issues that may arise with your prescriptions, insurance companies or doctors. Never a long wait.... I've waited 15 minutes once or twice in several years and out of a medication. Courteous, fast and friendly! Great pharmacy with close parking!! β β β β ββ

βCVS team members at both locations that I frequent (Mt Hope & Park Ave) are generally well stocked. I like their buy one get one free sales. Poise, Store brand, & Always Leak proof Womens underwear and pads for me & mother inlaw, plus Melatonin, chewy vitamins and minerals, eye drops, OTC arthritis relief, plus numerous individual items like printer ink, special scalp shampoo, some deodorants, occasional foods & candy.. etcβ
βI switched from CVS to this Walmart Pharmacy about 9 months ago. What a difference in the quality of customer service! This pharmacy fills orders quickly, the pharmacists and techs are friendly and helpful (especially Brandon), and you donβt wait for 30 minutes to get a live person on the phone when you call like at CVS. Worth switching!β

βIt's a pharmacy but it is an awesome pharmacy. Not in any ostentatious way but the work they do if kind and positive. Their locale being alongside Highland Family Medicine makes it the obvious partnership. You do not have to go far to get those meds when you are already feeling down in the dumps. Plus, the association of Strong Medicine and the U of R is the best practices one could hope for in medical care and well being. Highly appreciate the workers who take my call asking if a script is ready so I do not waste my time. Friendly, efficient, clean, safe, and many other positive attributes. A 5th star is always tough to give out because their is always room to grow. To me 4 stars says yes, this is a great pharmacy to use and you will be happy you did!Peace! βοΈβ

βThe pharmacist (Marissa) went so far out of her way to advocate for my son. They were out of the medication dosage he needed (so were all of the surrounding locations that accept our insurance) and she spent so much extra time calling the provider multiple times for a new (needed) order, answering calls/waiting, checking the system for the new order, checking on us while we were waiting and seeing how sick he was feeling.. All while helping others, too. Amazing service!β

βIn the 20 years that I have been using the Eastway pharmacy, I've never had an issue with the prescription, nothing but helpful people at the desk, and yes, there can be a long line if you come during the busy periods, but it's mostly 2-3 people in front of me. I don't know why these people are being so rude with their comments.β

βThe pharmacist there McKenna is amazing she went out of her way to help me out with my prescription. She actually looked up which stores had my prescription and made sure they had it before having my doctor send it over to them. She didn't have to but, did take the time to help me. Where my last pharmacy wouldn't have done anything. Except to tell me to deal with it on my own.This is the main reason why I switch to Walgreens. Pharmacist and staff like this make all the difference in the world. Thank you guys!!!β
