“The folks at this shop were great to work with. I never had an accident before, and never had to really go through car insurance before either. They were very friendly and knowledgeable during the entire process. They were able to answer all of my questions, and regularly called to keep me updated on how repairs were going or the updates from my insurance adjuster — both of these actions also helped reduce my overall anxiety about the situation! Even when it came time to arranging the rental car, they were able to help with the communications there too. Wonderful experience from start to end!”

“I had Doug perform an interior detail months ago that was absolutely amazing. He has now also changed my oil twice since then and has very competitive rates. He explains everything along the way to make sure you understand exactly what and why. I really greatly appreciate having King Street Auto at my service and like being a part of the beginning of a whole new way of automotive detailing and maintenance. Thank you Doug.Services: Auto interior vacuuming”
