“Really weird traffic patterns between the services of gas wash and store, including no apparent rules of the road but at least nobody seems to obey them if they do exist. It's weird but it works. The wash is quite good. They definitely have it organized to move a lot of traffic through in a short amount of time. The store has very good products and services including coffee that is made freshly ground every cup. Gas prices are generally competitive but with a membership and paying on a card they are unbeatable by why margin even at Costco.”

“After the initial undercoating was completed on both my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and 2010 Toyota Tundra in 2021 I have taken advantage of the annual inspection and touchup offered at the Ziebart located at Lyell Ave Rochester NY. Upon arrival with the Hyundai Oct. 31, 2023 I spoke with sales rep Gia Kearney. Checking in was very professional with Ms. Kearney offering all information regarding the process and length of time, while asking for any pertinent information such as phone number, address and any comments or questions A full inspection and evaluation of the vehicle, odometer reading etc. was performed at this time. I received a call upon completion on the same day which allowed me to return for pick up and drop off the Tundra for the same service to be performed the following day Nov. 1, 2023. The process of checking in the Tundra went as well and proficient and as with the Hyundai above. I presented questions regarding the beginning of rust and received what efforts might be performed to hopefully reduce the rust.I would like to commend the performance of the Ziebart sales representative Gia Kearney for her skill, knowledge, presentation making this an overall pleasant experience.Thank You ZiebartAlex Luna”

“I recently traded in my lease for a VW Atlas. We were helped by Nicholas Labash and to say he was helpful would be an understatement. He was quick, efficient and got us a better deal than we thought we would get, which is always a huge A+. From the time I first contacted the dealership(1/20/24) to picking up the car(1/23/24) it was an insanely quick turn around. Less than 24 business hours of negotiation before we agreed on the price and schedule to pick it up on the 23rd. He listened to what I had to say, took inventory of my wants and needs for this new vehicle and literally just went above and beyond for us. We drove an hour and half away, Syracuse to Rochester to get this car, and when I told him we would have our toddler with us, he made sure everything was done Monday night before we came to get it on Tuesday morning. He handled everything and the only thing we did when we got there, was look at the car to make sure it was what we wanted, signed and switched everything over to the new car. Probably one of the best, if not very best, car buying experiences I have had and my husband agreed!”
