“I've been going to Nichols service for about 8 years. I feel they've always done excellent work and given me a fair shake.
This time it was brake work, including some calipers frozen up from rust. They could easily have replaced everything, but instead they were able to get the calipers working again, saving me hundreds of dollars.”

“Highly recommend taking your car here if you live in the area. My car died suddenly in the middle of driving it, and they were able to diagnose the problem over the phone. They fixed it for less money than I've ever had to pay for my car, and quickly. The best part is they're trustworthy. It's hard to find a garage that won't try to tack on extra costs or get away with some extra charge here or there, but Big Time did only what they said they would and the best part is the car is running great. Expectations were exceeded on all fronts. Don't take your car anywhere else if you can help it.”

“I had to replace the 2 front tires and have an alignment done. Plus the car had developed a clunking noise in the past week. They came back and told me whomever worked on my cruise control didn't tighten it properly. I also needed my rear shocks replaced and they wouldn't have the parts until Monday. Here it is Monday and the clunking noise is gone. I had a small buzzing or beeping noise which is also gone. The shocks are being done now. Cars are so expensive.”
“The service provided was fantastic. The customer service from this mechanic was nothing but superb. The only complaint I have is he was working alone in the shop. I see this as a safety issue. It was 1pm and no excuse for the managers to not have found coverage or come in themselves.”

“Dunn Tire in Brockport was able to fix an alignment issue on my vehicle that I had for the past 2 years where my steering wheel and tires would shake terribly and pull to the right even after having some new tires put on years ago.
This issue was unable to be resolved from the Kia dealership I bought the vehicle from after nearly 5 alignment attempts at their location.
I am very grateful for their service that has finally resolved my issue that has been driving me crazy for so long. Their workers were very professional and appear to actually know what they are doing.”
