Toby is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and welcoming. He listened to and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured by Toby to make either purchase.
With regard to the finance and service departments at Mazda, both were wonderful. I worked with Tiara in Finance for both of my purchases and she was a pleasure to work with: friendly, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed.
The staff I have dealt with in the service department have been great. Appointments are easy to set up, my questions and concerns have all been addressed in a polite and welcoming manner.
