“My kitten, the tiny sabateur, decided to chew through the power cable for my modem during the most inopportune time - the middle of a busy workday.First of all this store moved, it's in the Wegmans plaza not in the middle of CVS like Google maps suggests.Second, this store is very snazzy and the employees are all eager to help.I was in and out in five minutes tops with a brand new shiny modem and friendly conversation.I've only had to go to the Spectrum store twice in four years and each time has been great. I don't know what all these negative ninny's are complaining about - store's great and efficient, employees are friendly and helpful.Thanks for getting me reconnected super fast, I appreciate you!”
