“Ty was very helpful in getting our sim cards set up on a Saturday; he was partially alone and compassionately accomodated an older woman who interrupted our service a few times in need of help. Evana, who handled the rest of our set up the next day, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. So friendly, so easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable! Google Fi was a nightmare because they lack people like Ty and Evana, who show up everyday and do their best. Thank you two, from three ROC->ALB transplants who were reminded Rochester has some great people in it.”

“I've been having issues with my phone for months, and just didn't make the time to do something about it. Today, I had enough, and went to the closest T-Mobile near me to try to get some help. Not only did I have great experience with every employee in the store, but the gentleman who assisted me was professional, quick, friendly and went above and beyond. Not only was my problem a quick fix, but it didn't even cost anything! I'm very thankful for the help, and I'm just left feeling like an idiot for waiting so long, lol. Thanks again!”

“I went twice in a week. First to buy a phone and change service and second time to transfer old phone to new phone. The clerks who worked with me were awesome, the others not so much. During my first visit I was the only customer and three of the clerks were clowning around, being noisy and they made it hard for me to hear and it was distracting. I said something to them about that and the noisy one acted put out. I found their behavior to be quite rude and unprofessional.”
