“The oldest business in Chili, it used to have its own siding from the railroad and it was called Chili Station. They sell everything for farms and more. A homeowner in the area could get a multitude of dog foods, grass seed, bird feeders and bird seed. Food for a variety of other pets. Fence posts, coal, and they have a scale in front. It's a great place to step back into a building and after a couple trips the staff get to know you. They also deliver. A cool nod to the past is they still use paper to write out your receipt. The floors are old wooden planks and they just started with chick days again. Fabulous place.”

“This place will help with snails some call some snails nucense snails. I took my snails to this place and they took them.I also took some fish they take. It's a good place for education also. I purchased the snails for a beta to control algae in the tank.”
“I have been buying raw from Pet Health Plus for 2+ years now and I couldn’t be happier. Tina and her mom are personable and extremely easy to work with. You can walk in and buy pretty much any variety of raw you’d ever want to feed your animals. On top of that you can order in bulk and save money and they always let you know when you need to order so that you don’t miss out on an upcoming shipment if you do decide to go with a bulk option. This store is awesome!”

“After an awful experience at a different location (Latta Rd) we headed over to the Brockport Tractor Supply Co to buy some Carpenter Bee Spray and Pine Straw and we could not have asked for a better experience!
We were immediately greeted by a smiling young lady named Megan, whose customer service skills were truly exceptional.
The entire store was immaculate. Not a single item was out of place and everything was clearly priced.
They sell a huge range of tools, men’s/women’s outdoor clothing, farm equipment, hardware, power equipment, farm/gardening supplies and much much more.
When we checked out, Deb was at the register and she was incredibly smiley, kind, and helpful.
This is exactly the high standard of service we love and Brockport completely nailed it.
I have travelled the globe, but nothing exceeds the exceptional customer service in the USA. Thank you for being so kind; it truly makes a massive difference!
