“Two weeks ago, we dropped off our Aussiedoodle, Ava, at Evergreen Kennels for a board-and-train program. To say she was a handful would be an understatement!
Ava pulled constantly on the leash, jumped on everyone she met, surfed the countertops looking for snacks, and generally thought she was in charge of the household.
Today, we hardly recognize her.
She walks calmly on a leash, listens to commands, greets people politely, and is a joy to be around. The transformation has been incredible.
A huge thank you to Bobby for the patience, expertise, and dedication he put into training Ava. What seemed impossible to us now feels effortless. We know the work doesn't stop here—we'll continue reinforcing everything Ava learned—but Bobby gave us the tools and foundation we needed for success.

“The oldest business in Chili, it used to have its own siding from the railroad and it was called Chili Station. They sell everything for farms and more. A homeowner in the area could get a multitude of dog foods, grass seed, bird feeders and bird seed. Food for a variety of other pets. Fence posts, coal, and they have a scale in front. It's a great place to step back into a building and after a couple trips the staff get to know you. They also deliver. A cool nod to the past is they still use paper to write out your receipt. The floors are old wooden planks and they just started with chick days again. Fabulous place.”
“I'd heard about Woofie's from a friend, and it was great. The woman who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable, and my senior Golden loved the special treats I picked up for her. Just be mindful, they're only open Fridays and Saturdays. 😊”
“This place will help with snails some call some snails nucense snails. I took my snails to this place and they took them.I also took some fish they take. It's a good place for education also. I purchased the snails for a beta to control algae in the tank.”
“This is the best location in Rochester! I come all the way out to this one, even though I live around the corner from west ridge rd. My cat was sick, that store would not lift a finger to help. Chili greets you smiles everyone seems happy to be there, they even offered to help me out to my truck. I would highly recommend this store, ask for Ben. ;)”

“I have been buying raw from Pet Health Plus for 2+ years now and I couldn’t be happier. Tina and her mom are personable and extremely easy to work with. You can walk in and buy pretty much any variety of raw you’d ever want to feed your animals. On top of that you can order in bulk and save money and they always let you know when you need to order so that you don’t miss out on an upcoming shipment if you do decide to go with a bulk option. This store is awesome!”
“After an awful experience at a different location (Latta Rd) we headed over to the Brockport Tractor Supply Co to buy some Carpenter Bee Spray and Pine Straw and we could not have asked for a better experience!
We were immediately greeted by a smiling young lady named Megan, whose customer service skills were truly exceptional.
The entire store was immaculate. Not a single item was out of place and everything was clearly priced.
They sell a huge range of tools, men’s/women’s outdoor clothing, farm equipment, hardware, power equipment, farm/gardening supplies and much much more.
When we checked out, Deb was at the register and she was incredibly smiley, kind, and helpful.
This is exactly the high standard of service we love and Brockport completely nailed it.
I have travelled the globe, but nothing exceeds the exceptional customer service in the USA. Thank you for being so kind; it truly makes a massive difference!

“Been buying pig food for the last two years and the last six months or so you can't seem to get it? Even though it shows eight in inventory for the last four months maybe longer. Don't know who does your inventory but you really should learn how to do it. Been buying the feed elsewhere. Was told many times that it was coming in but never shows up. Spend a lot of money on feed there the last two+ years you just lost a farmer who will be going elsewhere from now on. UPDATED: I was contacted by one of the owners and he corrected the problem, and all is good. Great customer service. Update 5 stars for Customer service”
