The employees are fantastic, friendly, pleasant, polite, and very kind. They provide great, awesome customer service and are here to help. Staff members are described as cool and treat customers with kindness and respect. New management is doing amazing, is very friendly, does what she can, and doesn’t ignore customers. Employees take the time to help, explain procedures, and make processes easy, enjoyable, and super smooth. They follow up on issues and work hard to resolve problems, ensuring a great experience.
The store itself is very clean and organized and smelled wonderful and clean like fresh fruit. The quality of service is great, with staff helping to find addresses and arrange the best and most efficient way to send items.
There were three people behind the counter. I was only Customer and I had to wait 3 to 4 minutes before asking them to come to help me.

Shelly, Debra and all the staffers are very nice and helpful. I do a lot of print work. They save me trips to Rochester or Batavia for document printing.

have had nothing but a very nice experience at this store. Everyone has been very professional. When I made a mistake they were happy to help and fix my issue.
