The United States Postal Service is the only organization to regularly deliver to every address, providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery. This local Post Office offers walk-in passport services. The service from the Brockport Post Office was amazing. The staff on the counter was great, super friendly, and very helpful, making tasks like changing an address or getting a PO Box easy. Letter carriers perform their tasks and care for the community, with one noted for always smiling and waving. Park is on the streets or the side of the building.

Have attempted to utilize their services twice and they are not only extremely unhelpful, they are extremely rude. The last time, the lady was too busy to take us, meanwhile literally no one else was in the post office. Sometimes it’s nice when a human is a human and tries to help people.

I put a letter out Tuesday for pick up, it's still in my box today on Thursday. This happens Everytime I put out mail for delivery. Very obvious no one who works here cares
