Overpriced and Misleading – Go to the Post Office Instead
I visited the UPS Store in Brockport this week while in town and had a frustrating experience. I brought two boxes with printed advertisements on them, and the staff insisted I needed to buy new boxes—at a cost of $70—just to ship them out before the cost of mailing. On top of that, they wanted to charge for tape and suggested UPS Ground shipping that would take two weeks and cost $41 for just one box I checked on.
Instead, I went home, flipped the boxes inside out (free!), and took them to the post office. I still shipped via UPS Ground, but it only cost $28 for the box I priced at the UPS Store, and will arrive in four days! I shipped all three boxes for less than what they wanted to charge me just for the replacement boxes.
This store seems to prey on convenience and upsell unnecessary supplies. They don’t offer any shipping discounts and push overpriced packaging. If you're looking to ship something, go to the post office—you’ll save money and time.

Greedy as hell on hold for pick up. Be warned they lie when you call and say it is $5 per item (which is standard). If a package it is $10-30 per package. Not worth it whatsoever and would have made a different choice had they not lied when we called to verify. We explained exactly what the item was (small box)- no excuse. Period.

Shelly, Greg & Brittany are the best! Very professional and friendly! They helped with getting a Jpg.file downloaded in order to have a poster printed. It was a pleasure working with all three of these folks.

They printed my print order wrong instead of turning it horizontal like it clearly was meant to do and then charged me for it regardless. Even though it's clearly not how it was supposed to be printed or how I wanted it to be printed.

Measured my package wrong of course and made it more expensive and was more expensive than quoted online to ship and time was up to 2 weeks and online said 3 days. When I caught the girl measuring it wrong she blew it off. No big deal then. The other employee got snarky with me and told me not to come back to his store. Very bad customer service all the way around.

SLOW and long lines. Lately every experience here is awful. Either train your employees properly or hire more than one person to work on a Saturday.

The employees were so friendly and pleasant to talk with while returning items. Also the store smelled so wonderful and clean like fresh fruit when I walked in so I enjoyed that too! :)

Convenient location but they have this nauseating PLUG IN OR SCENTSY filling the air which is not only bad for the generally public but severely worse for those of us with sensitivity to smells of perfumes and the likes. UNPLUG that hazardous stuff ! Just google it!!!

I drove 30 minutes to get here only for no one to be there when it says online they are open, there was 7 others waiting at the door as well, one person told us he’s tried to come here 3 times to no avail. Absolutely ridiculous, I wasted an hour of my day and gas for literally nothing. Update your hours if you’re not actually open.

Shelly was very friendly and polite. The store is very clean and organized. Shelly made my return process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate her awesome customer service skills.
