Tyler was absolutely amazing! I broke my phone about 10 minutes before walking in to Verizon and I walked out with a new phone, an amazing deal and some of the best customer service I have ever received! He explained everything very well, didn't try to press anything we didn't want. I would highly suggest working with him!!
