I had the pleasure of meeting with Tori at Brockport. I had a difficult experience at a different store, but Tori resolved my autopay discount as well as explained why my bill was the way it was. She bundled my plans and got us up and running better with Verizon!

Scott is an amazing employee! Is is so kind and patient helping me MANY times with my phone..He is a great teacher and always in good humor. Scott even makes appointments for me to come to the store for help. Give him a raise!

I had an incredible experience working with Victoria and her staff! Victoria was especially knowledgeable on what plan would be best suited for my family and I. She was very detailed in her explanations of how the plan was structured along with what the first few billing cycles would look like. I would highly recommend this specific location to anyone who's looking to have a very customized approach to what their phone plan needs are. She was highly knowledgeable about the devices as well.

Place is absolutely terrible, messed up my phone order, added lines when I didn’t want to, it’s been months and still haven’t gotten everything figured out as they won’t cooperate. Go to a corporate store not authorized retailer

Evan was absolutely fantastic. I already have a line set up with Verizon, but my dad needed a new phone. We were in and out in 30 mins, Evan got my dad set up with a new phone very quickly and even transferred all his data, contacts and pictures over from his old phone to his new phone super fast. On top of that I am currently a student at MCC and I did not know about the student discount Verizon offers, I showed him my ID and he was able to lower my bill for me, super happy about that. Overall my dad and I are very pleased with our visit. Thanks Evan!

Wait times can be a little long due to understaffing but they are always very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. I feel bad for the workers because they all do their best to assist everyone but they can only do so much.
