“This Ollie's is better than the Lakewood one for sure. Better stocked and well kept usually. It's in a decent plaza and fairly safe area. Found some really niche food stuffs and graphic novels at this location. The bathrooms weren't super clean, but the the local people who frequent the place are always the most kempt. Now that Big Lots is no more, this is a prime opportunity to step it up. One of my favorite stores. ?”
“Save A Lot is basically like any grocery store you might find in a city the size of Dunkirk. Unfortunately, in the event that you may need assistance in finding a certain product, you probably won't find an employee either. Except for the cashiers, and the woman that handles the produce department, I'm not sure that there are any other employees. My only problem other than absentee employees is keeping the sales of the Dunkirk SavALot and that of the store located outside of Silver Creek separate because they are owned by two different people. This only bothered me when I happen to be shopping from the weekly flyer from the Dunkirk store but was actually in the Silver Creek location. Each store has their own sale each week and they advertise in a flyer printed up for their store only. Therefore the sale prices in one store may be different from the other and they don't have to be and usually aren't, honored by both locations.”

“Five Below always offers a wonderful selection of low cost items, including snacks, clothing, toys, electronic accessories and gifts . There was easy parking and always a family fun time when we go here. Store was easily accessible and also easy to navigate as every section has signs throughout.”
“Went on a weekend, in the middle of the day to pick up a few things. Shelves were stocked, I found everything easily enough. But when it came time to cash out, there was a long line, and it appeared that in the entire store, there was only a single employee available, who was trying her best to cash everyone out. Waited inine maybe 20 mins.”
“Pretty good overall, good products, good prices, employees always friendly, BUT I'm so sick of waiting 10+ min for someone to get to the register. They need to be at the register. I have actually witnesseded people walking out and even stealing because there is nobody at the register and they got sick of waiting and waiting.”

“Dollar General used to be my 'go to' store if I was in a hurry and only needed a couple things. And it has always been my store for buying my cleaning products, straight up. But sometimes it gets tiring trying to maneuver down the narrow aisles with a cart when every other aisle has a rack of merchandise needing to be stocked onto the shelves. On more than one occasion I wasn't able to see or reach an item because of one of these racks and it was too heavy to move it out of the way myself. When the only employee available is on register, I can't very well ask them for help with moving the heavy rack. So now, since a Dollar Tree has opened up in the same plaza as Dollar General and a lot of the business that I once gave to Dollar General is now being handed over to Dollar Tree. However, I still prefer to buy my detergents and cleaning products from Dollar General because their prices can't be beat in that department!”
“All the other dollar generals around here don't take coupons off properly and give me attitude when I show them what the price should be. This dollar general I've never had a problem with and the few times the register doesn't take stuff off properly the cashier actually puts effort into figuring out why and either fixes the issue or respectfully explains why. The remodel is really nice as well. I've never had a negative experience here!”
