    I’ve been using Ariva services for the last 7-8yrs. Good free tax preparation. Never any issues with IRS. Customer service, communication and organization with clients can be much better and that depends on location. Every location is different and yes, I’ve felt uncomfortable and never returned.

    This arriva tax place treats you with consideration and explains everything you fully don't understand. I suggest make early appt. I've recommended about 5ppl there.
