“A lovely, calm, and interesting museum that my kids and I both loved visiting. They loved the water play area and the Boogie Story Time! My toddler enjoyed the area for young kids and I really appreciated Melody being so welcoming and patient while showing her some ideas of how to play.

We took the subway to yankee stadium and were a little confused but, yes, you need to follow the sidewalk over the bridge and highway overpasses and ramps and down to the museum. It gave us adults pause at first but it was perfectly safe walking on the sidewalk and for the kids it was all part of the exciting adventure :)”

“I was an original member when this place opened. Yes that’s right! Myself and my 2 brothers. I remember when the field was added, and when the pool was built. I even went there for 6th grade. I even worked there part time as a youth. Nothing but good memories!”

“Beat headstart in the bronx . I went as a little girl back in the early 2000’s now my son is going and I just love it . Of course it isn’t the same because of the pandemic a lot of things have changed . But the garden , the fresh fruits and veggies the kids grow . The interaction is amazing . They also help with potty training if your child still hasn’t learned they guide the child which I loved ! My son loves going to school he also had a hard time eating . He was super picky but now he eats everything and anything . The snacks and meals are really healthy. The kids get nap time , and they have they’re own gym and park so no need to be traveling no where . I just love how safe and comfortable I feel with leaving my son. He’s really my whole heart and for any little accident or booboo I get notified right away. I’m super happy that I got the opportunity to enroll my son in KHCC. Don’t wait or think it twice like “oh I won’t leave my child no where” lol I was the sameeee and listen ! The teachers who taught me at 3 and 4 are now the directors and supervisors , that just goes to show! Love love love love love !!!! I’ll always recommend KHCC to all of my friends ♥️”

“What could anyone possibly say that's negative about a place that provides teachers with free supplies for their students and classroom? Parking is terrible but once you go into their warehouse space it's amazingly organized, lots of variety and very clean. It would be great if they had bags (bring a BIG one) and increased their limits but I'm splitting hairs. It's free, they're nice. Did I mention it's free? I'll be going back the next time they invite us.”

“I am a past student in this school program. I was referred to this school by a work agency in South Bronx. The staff here was excellent. Unfortunately, I had to leave because of personal reasons, but thanks to Mr. Campbell and Mr. Thomas's teachings, I was able to take the GED test in another state, passing all subjects. ???”

“The Bronx Neighborhood Housing really helped and supported me during a difficult period with my home. They guided me throughout the process of selling my home. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a home for the first time and with helping to navigate having a home. They followed up when they said that they would and always was responsive when I contacted them. I am forever appreciative for everything that they did for me.”
