    I had the pleasure of visiting Ariva for the last 3 years. I go and get my taxes done. Since I reached the income limit. I can no longer go there😔 .

    I’ve been using Ariva services for the last 7-8yrs. Good free tax preparation. Never any issues with IRS. Customer service, communication and organization with clients can be much better and that depends on location. Every location is different and yes, I’ve felt uncomfortable and never returned.
