Terrible service…if it wasn't for Miss Annie I wouldn't come to this bank…. I came to fix a problem with the account and Annie was on her day off... I explained it to another lady and she left me waiting simply because she wanted to... they don't know the word kindness or empathy.

Why is this branch still open?!? The workers there are so lazy! The line will literally be out the door and they will be having a personal conversation while people are waiting. Very unprofessional. I go to the one on Pelham, in and out like it should be.
