“For almost 33 years my family and I have been with this bank. I cannot fathom them not having a higher rating but people get angry about money, so it's bound to happen. My mother has had a few fraud situations and has NEVER had her account shut down. In fact they worked with her every single time. The staff is professional, helpful, quick, efficient and friendly. I prefer going to a teller to deposit cash as I just don't like dealing with machines. Their machines work great but sometimes there is maintenance and we should be grateful for that because our money is being carefully handled. Shout-out to Manno aka Michael, he knows who he is.”

Feels like any time you go through this process it's always a headache but the people I worked with at USAlliance (specifically want to give a shoutout to Iveliz), were great. Super responsive and informative and walked you through the process.I also liked being able to communicate with the processor over email and call them directly over the phone if need be. I'd like to reiterate the responsive part cause that's typically the worst part of any loan process, but this was a delight.”

“I always come to this bank to make deposits and today I came by to deposit some checks and and alot of coins that were already rolled in paper, there was a bank teller that was very nice by the name of Laura, long story short when I made the deposit of the coins there was a miscalculation and upon her realizing that there was a wrong amount she called me to advise me their was a mistake and that she would make the additional deposit to account for the amount of money that was deposited, that's customer service at its best!”

I managed to find parking right in front, which already felt like a small miracle in the Bronx. I was helped in the teller window by Tania and Edwin and everything just flowed from there. They listened to what I needed, they were quick, clear, and took the time to explain the time frames that were important for my transaction so I knew exactly what to expect They were patient and provided me with great service. I was in and out. Would not hesitate to return to this location.”
