“I began working here about a year and a half ago. The credit union is now my primary banking institution. Not because it's convenient for me but because of the products and services offered, the interest rates, and minimal cost in fees. The credit union provides online banking, mobile check deposit, bill pay service, financial counseling and many other perks and benefits that you don't get at other institutions. I highly recommend it.”

“Best loan application process I've ever experienced (auto loan). Feels like any time you go through this process it's always a headache but the people I worked with at USAlliance (specifically want to give a shoutout to Iveliz), were great. Super responsive and informative and walked you through the process.I also liked being able to communicate with the processor over email and call them directly over the phone if need be. I'd like to reiterate the responsive part cause that's typically the worst part of any loan process, but this was a delight.”

“There's nothing special about this bank. The employees do their jobs, but nothing stands out. The only reason to recommend it is that there never seems to be a line. If there is, it's maybe a couple of people. There seems to be one CSR when I go in, so if anyone is waiting, there could be a wait, but I haven't encountered it. Get in and out fast seems good to me.”

“I reside in the South Bronx, most Chase locations are inside only. The beauty of this place is: it's 24/7 ATMs available, because they are outside. I can withdraw 5s,10s,&/or 20s. No bums bothering you, no security posted up doing nothing...You can't beat it!”

“Overall this is a great branch that serves community and immediate area. Friendly, polite, accommodating member services representative and tellers. Superior interest rates on the saving , CD and other accounts. This bank offers various accounts for college saving, kids saving accounts, various loans, short-term, long-term CDs and retirements accounts. Pre-COVID offered various workshops on the budget managing and first time home buying. I recommended Ridgewood Saving Bank to my colleagues and neighbors. After I left unsatisfactory review about a notary experience on Wednesday morning, bank immediately responded to the review and bank manager called to apologize.”

“This was actually my first time going to branch and I wasn’t sure what to expect, because I was doing what I thought to be a complicated transaction on the Thursday before the holiday.
I managed to find parking right in front, which already felt like a small miracle in the Bronx. I was helped in the teller window by Tania and Edwin and everything just flowed from there. They listened to what I needed, they were quick, clear, and took the time to explain the time frames that were important for my transaction so I knew exactly what to expect
They were patient and provided me with great service. I was in and out.
