“I came out to my car hit on February 3 and my neighbor suggested this body shop because she had worked with them before. I called them and they send me over a tow truck right away. When I went to the office the guy Manny assisted me with all my insurance paper work and took me to get my rental. I was worried that my car will not look the same after it had got hit but when I picked up my car today I can actually say they did great work. I can’t even tell my car was hit. Everyone was extremely helpful. This place is very clean and organized. I must say they worked fast on my car. It was actually ready on the 16th but I was away on vacation so I picked it up today.”
“I got cut off when a van didn't signal they were turning left and hit my car. It wasn't as bad as it could have been but it was a frustrating moment. Me and my wife found this location and I stopped by and spoke to someone to get an estimate. And I can honestly say that for the price it was well worth it. I dropped my car off at 8 am and by 7 that night It was done. I highly recommend going to them.”
“Like someone else below, we came to Timmy via the wonderful Victor, who merged his business with Timmy's not long ago. We had TWO cars with major front-panel and bumper damage. Timmy helped us juggle our vehicle schedules, did great work on the dents and magically buffed out or touched up a bunch of other mystery scuffs and scratches (we have three sons), simply because he said they "just didn't look right" with the new repairs. Great work, fair price, lovely guy, very highly recommended.”

“Both my rear view mirrors were stolen, took my car to get the mirrors replaced, I was told there were damages caused from the way they pull out the mirrors, estimate at the time was a little over $1,000.00. “I have been a customer of Ely's for years. Unfortunately he had to move from his Grand Concourse location but he is still easily accessible to anyone in the South Bronx and located right off the Bruckner Expressway (the shop is on Bruckner Boulevard). Ely and his mechanics are a true do it all, know it all team. They can immediately tell you what is wrong with your car just by listening to the details of your problem. Any issue you have, Ely can order the parts and get your car fixed ASAP. Then there is Eddy, Eddy is legendary in the Bronx. The man has been a master mechanic for centuries! He doesn't try to swindle you, upsell you, anything. Any problem you have, he will literally jack up the car and show you. He will also advise you against certain things you think you should do because you heard it on the grapevine. I'll give you an example, one time I wanted to change my brake pads because I kept hearing the screeching sound (we all hate that about brakes). Eddy told me not yet as the brake pads still had a little more padding to go and it would just be a waste. I used it to the safest minimum and got it changed within 2 months. Can you imagine? I still had 2 months left of driving out of the brakes and thanks to Eddy, I was able to reduce waste and get nice pads on for the holidays! Lastly, we will talk about price. Ely will always give you the best price out of any mechanic in the South Bronx hands down! If you go to a dealer, you are only asking to waste your money. Also, Ely and Eddy stand by their work. If you have any problems post-repair, just call Ely and he will always tell you to come right back. No questions asked!Overall, I highly recommend Ely for all your mechanic needs. Stop searching for a mechanic now and head over there as soon as possible. Don't forget to look out for Eddy. You will know him when you see him. :D”
