Bravo Supermarkets is considered okay for the neighborhood and is convenient and close for many. The store is very clean, well stocked, and keeps a good organized inventory, which is pleasant. The people and customer service are nice. They offer good bags and are the only ones in the area that give money back when you spend $100. However, there are significant issues. Shelves are sometimes empty and merchandise is in the way, making it hard to get around, especially for the handicap and elderly. Shipments are unloaded while customers shop, showing bad organization. There are serious hygiene problems, including a person blowing their nose onto vegetables and customers choosing bread with dirty bare hands instead of using tongs. Some customers do not trust the meat. There are also problems with specific staff described as rude or suspected of stealing. While some enjoy the place when certain staff are not there, these hygiene and organizational issues are a major concern.
