“As a New Yorker who parks on the street, I know, it will always be a matter of time before it happens………you get whacked. The winter snows created more than a few problems for our city, not the least of which was how and WHERE to leave our cars. A neighbor, in his effort to do just that in an ordinary parallel park, miscalculated, badly, and I, got whacked! I’d used Daleway before and knew the work would be great and I was not disappointed. “Initially I was angry because it took forever to get it done, because It was a minor accident, but unknown to me there were more damage under the hood. When I went to pickup the car, I was so impressed with the work, both outside and under the hood. They know their stuff.
Few things to know:
1. They work directly with insurance, so if you know your insurance is not the best, look for another local mechanic.
2. It takes a while to fix the car, if you do not have that patience, look for another place... However, trust me you won't be disappointed at the end.
3. You get update through text message (not everyday), but if you give them a call for update, they will always answer your call.
4. They provide a web-link where you can see your repair estimate and track the progress... The 1st week estimate is not the final, keep that in mind... Most likely end of 2nd week you get exact estimate for the repair.

“I never write a review but felt it was necessary due to the level of service these guys gave. The guys drove all the way to Queens to install a new car window the same day I called. Due to a defective window, they had to come again for another install, and even came in the snow. While they were here changing the window, they helped me by changing my flat tire.
