This bank is very good the staff are great as soon as you go in there are someone at the door welcoming you and checking what you need to do to register you and the service is fast I give them a 10

Don’t often have to go into a branch but the deposit I was making required a teller. This was on a Saturday, the line moved swiftly and when I got to the window the tell was so kind and polite. I’ve been a Chase customer for many years and I love the app and the branch I visited. 👍👍👍
