Don’t often have to go into a branch but the deposit I was making required a teller. This was on a Saturday, the line moved swiftly and when I got to the window the tell was so kind and polite. I’ve been a Chase customer for many years and I love the app and the branch I visited. 👍👍👍

The manager has the time to decide to say if she will be busy or not but she has not the time to help customers!!! Even for the interview of a man they didn’t know what’s going on!!!! I didn’t was there to use arrogance and to feel more important than them as they feel! I was there to help me I was 6 months living in Europe and they give me so much hard moments!!!!! To have a cosmopolitan mind and to respect and to find ways to help people is their jobs they are taking money from them !!!!! They have a conversation like they are in high school snobby fake kind style!!!!! Step a step back all of you and read yourself and feel honor to be adults and to offer something around you!!!!
They have two bodyguards ladies or they do gossip in the front of the door !!!! You have to be thankful for the positions you have, and when you travel learn from those trips, to be a student never ends !!!!

I would have posted a 0 star if I had the chance!
Arrived at the branch on Saturday at 1:45 as an existing customer to make an adjustment on my account.
Got refused service since it is needed 30 min for the service??!!??!
I told the manager 30 min is not necessary since I am already a customer!
I am not looking to open a new account!!!

Always one or two tellers, never enough and now they have the audacity to have someone at the door when this young lady could be better utilized behind the counter? what ever happened to fast in and out bank service a thing of the past I guess!

A black lady falsely accused me of calling her a racial slur I did not. She was provoking a customer which was me but I didn’t call her nothing racist and disrespectful

I would recommend this place for services like medallion signature straps, and adding beneficiaries to your account. I went to another branch in the Throngs Neck area of the Bronx and they were no help. I went to this branch and staff new exactly what to do and what I was talking about.

This is the third time in weeks that I could not access the ATM past business hours because the door does not work. Myself and other customers tried opening the door with our cards and it is defective. This is unacceptable and the door should be accessible at all times.

Well this is the third day I was unable to get in to use the ATM machines. Not only I but at least 6 other people were unable to access the door to use the ATM machines. This is unacceptable. Chase needs to fix the door!!!
