I have been with Chase Bank since 1979, different branches. So far haven't had any problems with them. Bank is always clean the staff are friendly and helpful.

The ATMs of this office do not work, they provide bad service, they go twice that they have not given me the money, and they do not answer and I have to call by phone for a refund of your money and they give it to you 24 hours later Harming the service and time.

an hour 25 minutes waiting to see something easy nothing they attend to me and staff there I see 3 ladies who just walk around the floor but nothing they attend to
