Five-Star Review not enough
I had a great experience with the drive-through service at this Chase location recently. The teller Wilbert who assisted me was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. Even from behind the glass and through the intercom, they made the interaction feel personal and welcoming. They handled my transaction quickly and accurately, and even took the time to confirm that everything was in order before I left. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and I truly appreciated it. Thank you for making banking easy and pleasant

I been and chase for over 15 years and im very disappointed the this location didn't want a notary a paper for she sent to a pharmacy yets because the paper is from another bank

The ATM's operational policy requires immediate revision. Despite on-site security personnel, customer access is restricted after 10 PM. What is the purpose of security personnel if the ATM remains inaccessible to customers?

Bank locked and doesn’t give access to client to withdraw! I went at 10 pm and wasn’t able to go in . Bank desactive the card reader!

Super helpful experience, the branch manager (I forgot her name, if you see this I apologize!) and one of the new staff members Wanda was extremely helpful and patient with my dad and I and helped him open up his checking account. Very friendly and welcoming!

I’ve had a a Chase Bank account for 40 years, and have always used the Burke Ave branch for my banking needs. I happen to be in the neighborhood of the neighboring branch, so I walked in to the East Tremont Throgg’s Neck branch for a quick transaction. I was so surprised at how nice and accommodating they have become.
For decades, I’ve call that branch the Grouchy Branch.
NOT ANY MORE!! I want in and Jillian greets me with the bestest of a welcoming smile, and send me to Jessica (her manager) to get something notarized. Jessica was just as nice!!
Let’s just say Throgg’s Neck Chase is my new favorite branch

Couldn’t gain access to the atm after business hours because the card reader wasn’t functioning.
