I was deposting money at the ATM, and one of the bills was old, so the ATM wouldn't take it. I went inside the bank and told one of the staff members who was standing on the lobby if he could help me change the bill as the ATM was not accepting it. So he told me to get in line. So you have one teller who is helping a customer and the other with their window closed. And there is a line of five people. I would think that the smart and helpful way was to go back and help me change the bill as it would get line moving instead of standing there. I have been to other Chase branches that would do that when the line is getting long. They will ask you how they can help, and if the request is something simple, they will help you instead of making the customer wait in line. Things like these are what make top customer service. I hope they will read this review and improve

Open a checking account , Was giving 3 copies to used if needed of checks until I received by mail my box of checks, 2 wks past never got them, when back to Chase spoke to the same gentleman, he say I am sorry I never order them for you , but account was charged for the checks

Horrible customer service. They are clueless how Social Security works. Holding my mother in laws check when it is for December and she passed in January. UGH. Now saying we need to contact social security when we already did and they clearly stated CHASE should have never put a hold on the money as all payments TO EVERYONE are a month behind. SO besides dealing with her death we are now battling CHASE to get her money back. They now want forms from social security and tons of paperwork which is going to be impossible to get because SOCIAL SECURITY DID NOT REQUEST THIS HOLD!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! NOR DO THEY TRY AND HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS

I am usually a chase client at another branch, however they weren’t able to help today and they insisted an appointment was needed, I wasn’t aware an appointment was needed.Upon going to this branch and explaining the situation and the time constraints at hand they made it possible to address the situation, and made it quick and simple. They are extremely efficient and they pay vast attention to detail.I would recommend this branch to anyone seeking timely response and attention to detail.

Went to Chase Bank twice, & each time no Banker. I also called for an appointment, still waiting for a call back.Therefore, I was not able to open an account?I’ll keep trying.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible !!! I made a complaint about a month ago and didn’t get in contact until now .. I had needed a replacement card and didn’t have the proper ID the manager at the time was very dismissive, talked to be condescendingly all while smirking saying there was no other way I can get my money , exaggerated and lied about replacement cards and I highly believe it was a racial factor because I watched as he assisted the Caucasian customers nicely and appropriately, as for me I did not receive the same help. The manager of the branch just reached out to me after a month with sorry excuses and no repercussions to the guy that had gave me trouble. If you’re thinking about banking with Chase don’t waste you’re time they do not care about you’re money and if you are a minority you’re just someone to laugh at ,it’s sad during these times but there are other banks that would be of better service and adhere to rules and regulations as for there workers.

Go to bank in Throggs Neck. Everyone stops here. Parking is sometimes limited. The staff is welcoming and completes transactions quickly if you need to see a teller. Lines can get pretty long due to COVID. There is also a drive thru.
