Citi, a financial institution, is known for its excellent customer service. Both Mark and Karen have been praised for their exceptional knowledge and pleasant demeanor in assisting customers. Clients have highlighted the detailed explanations and helpful guidance provided by Mr. Marc Anthony Ramirez during the account setup process. However, there have been concerns raised about loitering and security issues in the vestibule during the weekends when the branch is closed, which poses a potential risk to those entering to conduct business.

I love this location! I live closer to the castle hill location but their customer service is horrible so I travel to this location instead. Karen I. Is amazing. She is always professional and has exceptional customer service! I wouldn’t go to another location! Thank you! 🙂
