My mother has been going to this branch for a while and customer service has always been great to her however recently she visited and needed help with a case and Daisy Torres has continued to dismiss her and not helping her with her case. It’s very clear that she does not give every client the same attention and attitude, I noticed with clients before hand she greeted them and offered them help with a good attitude. My mother has never been disrespectful when continuing to ask for answers or help so it was unfortunate that this employee continues to disregard her concerns.

Lately there has been loitering in the vestibule during the weekends when it’s closed. Women with babies, adult male asking for cash in return of a Zelle transaction, teens hanging out. This poses a security issue for everyone entering to conduct business at any hour. They should hire security.

Extremely unprofessional discriminatory environment. We were the only black individuals here with an appointment, and came head of the appointment to be seen faster yet sitting in this bank for over an hour while this man watches me wait and purposely takes his time. This is absolutely disgusting and I’m glad to report it all in.

New ATM machines need attention badly. Have gone twice to use them & unable to perform transaction. Very frustrating during weekends. Please get them up to par.

One of a few banks that hasn't given up on the area/ as many are closing. Little scary at night when you want to hit up the atm. People inside are nice
