I just left... Paolo opened the door and told me to leave at 4PM. I needed the ATM for a 45 second or less withdrawal.I'M a USMC veteran and the way I was treated was beyond rude. Fire him or close this branch.

Went to the bank due to problems with our banking cards, We spoke with Ms Nicola, Branch Manager. the problems we were having was very complex, she was very patient and took her time she promised to have it fixed no matter what she had to do, even though it took a while after she had to make several phone calls to the help desk, she got it done and was very patient and understanding, Job well done Ms Nicola, My wife and i Thank you so Much.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, dismissive, very very very poor quality of service!!!Worst ever!!!! The quality of service one comes to expect in the Bronx. Minority people treating minority customers with no respect. The workers at this branch treat the customers like they are an inconvenience -- Not the quality of service they would offer to customers in the affluent neighborhood. They get away with it because we allow them to treat us with no respect.

I went to cit bank and waited 1 hour just to speak to customer service rep just had one question about the banking account one lady came over looked at the sheet I signed then walked away another customer service rep took someone before me instead of telling that customer there was a line this is just really bad I ended up leaving 👎 👎 👎 If I could I would give it 0 stars

Went to this city bank location to do a cash advance from my federal credit union Sefcu which stands for state federal employees credit union, tell me how the teller informed me that they do not allow cash advance from my bank. I don't understand whom gave her this information as most Citi banks don't decline cash advances from a federal credit union. As many banks receive their money ey from the federal reserve, head manager needs to learn more from the entity they are running as they clearly seemed unknowledgable on what corporate allows. Any federal employees whom don't want to get turned away feel free to avoid this location.

If I could give this post no stars, I would. The branch manager Nicola is so rude, nasty, unhelpful, unprofessional and lacks any bit of customer service skills. Then upon leaving the bank after completing a transaction, she blocks the exit with her car and refuses to move to the side to let traffic through. If this is who Citibank wants to represent them I have no problem taking my business elsewhere!

The atm was closed even though it's supposed to be open 24/7. 5 people were trying to enter the bank without any success. Would give zero stars if possible.

Horrible experience. I opened up an account with citi bank. The women who helped me said I able to use my account to pay my bills right away. I went to pay all my bills and a week later all my payments where reversed bc my account wasn't fully active. I Specifically ask if I can use my account right away to pay my bills and I was ttold me yes. Apparently that wasn't right CITI bank staff are not knowledgeable and They were unhelpful so I decided to close my account and I would never use Citibank ever again. This has been Very inconvenient for me.
