  My apologies to CitiBank, I had written a bad review out of Frustration because my account was scammed and they made it look like I scammed myself, I re-appealed the case and thanks to their expert investigators I was informed this morning that I will be getting back my funds. CitiBank got this 100% correct.....Thanks.
