“A big store with lots of inventory. They have clothing for everyday wear and special occasions. They are reasonably priced.I like the fact they have slim & husky sizes.”
“A little pricey, but nice. They also had sales, but they expect you to figure out how much 30 or 40 %off the item. Not hard to figure out, but when you see it already taken off it does something different and you may want to pick up a few extra items. Just saying... it's a mind thing and if you're in a rush it's a easy fast buy. No thinking involved. Helps people on a budget too.”
“Well organized ! I came into during the Black Friday sale looking for outfits for my soon to be god daughter. Ava approached me asking if I needed help with anything and I told her what I was looking for. She helped me piece outfits together, and then brought me to the register, since I will be shopping in here more frequently, she offered to sign me up for the rewards card and explained how I can get points and use them on future purchases! Great store!”

“Was at this establishment today the employees were amazing I do have one big problem and it’s with management one in particular that goes by the name of Turnom (or however his name is spelt) but that manager not professional at all line is going way pass dressing rooms employee requested for more help and he was rude about giving them extra help”

“There clothes are expensive but they hand out very good discounts if you get more of them same pair like 49.99 for one pants but get a other it’s gonna be 50% off for both so 49.99$ for both win win and the staff are chill but the cashiers have problems with the machine last time I went cuase people have trouble in lines and it’s time wasting but overall worth it.”

“The staff here is always so welcoming and helpful, but my last visit was truly exceptional. I was helped by Karen and Eileen. I needed to pick up and order that my son had outgrown by the time it even arrived to the store. Karen welcomed me as soon as I entered. I explained the situation and she informed me that they have a 90 day return policy, which I didn’t know and was happy to learn because these kids grow like weeds. Eileen did the return and even helped me shop around the store to exchange some items. She pointed out which items were on sale and even pointed me in the direction of some clearance items. She let me know which items of clothing were part of a set and she would pull out the additional item. She sorted through my return/exchange meticulously and ordered some items that weren’t sold in store. Karen then also taught me that the Otter Avenue line was meant to help little ones learn to do things like button their shirts and tie laces. Genius! I wish they carried it in store because I fell in love with the line because of that and its amazing quality. The fabrics were amazing. It was such a great experience and I wanted to shout them out for being so incredibly helpful.”
