“Well organized ! I came into during the Black Friday sale looking for outfits for my soon to be god daughter. Ava approached me asking if I needed help with anything and I told her what I was looking for. She helped me piece outfits together, and then brought me to the register, since I will be shopping in here more frequently, she offered to sign me up for the rewards card and explained how I can get points and use them on future purchases! Great store!”
“My pick up experience on October 5th, 2025 at the Fordham Road location was smooth and swift. I picked up my items between 2:00pm-2:15pm. It was easy to navigate where the registers and online pick up was. The staff was personable, respectful, and friendly (including the female security guard) in front). “A little pricey, but nice. They also had sales, but they expect you to figure out how much 30 or 40 %off the item. Not hard to figure out, but when you see it already taken off it does something different and you may want to pick up a few extra items. Just saying... it's a mind thing and if you're in a rush it's a easy fast buy. No thinking involved. Helps people on a budget too.”
“The store is still the same from when I was young. They have uniforms for boys and girls. Baby section. This is a go to spot if you in an emergency outfit for your kids at great prices. The ladies that work there are nice never had issues here.”

“There clothes are expensive but they hand out very good discounts if you get more of them same pair like 49.99 for one pants but get a other it’s gonna be 50% off for both so 49.99$ for both win win and the staff are chill but the cashiers have problems with the machine last time I went cuase people have trouble in lines and it’s time wasting but overall worth it.”

“Check your receipt before you leave and make sure you got everything in your BAG YOU BROUGHT TO THE COUNTER. The manager checked the cameras when I came back 2days later with my receipt with double charges and he took care of everything. But the cashier made 2 major mistakes and it wasn't even busy, no one was even behind me. I bought $300 worth of clothes and I don't think it was a honest mistake but that's my opinion after 15 years of cashier retail experience.”

Got a brand new pair of UGG Bailey Button II Boots in black, exactly the size and color she wanted. They have a pretty darn nice selection of footwear for sure.
