I have been in the automotive business for 23 years. I started as a mechanic for a GM dealership after which I became a service advisor, followed by a service and parts director for a Chevrolet and Mazda dealership. I ventured out on my own in 2003 and have quadrupled in size in the last 11 years. My 15,000 sq. ft. facility is located at 1261 Zerega Avenue, Bronx NY 10462. Starting with one mechanic, I currently have 25 employees, which include 5 automotive mechanics, ASE certified and Ford/Chrysler/GM Factory trained. We provide in-house repairs by using the latest factory equipment for each manufacturer. We have the ability to perform a diagnostic on any system of the vehicle including air bag system, anti-lock break system, air conditioning system and program ignition security system. We have a Hunter wheel alignment machine, 3 painters, 5 body men, 4 preppers, a person who is in charge of mixing paint, a customer service representative, and office staff who help process all insurance claims. We recently installed a new side-draft spray booth and by March 2016, are planning to upgrade our frame machine. We are currently a direct repair facility for Citi World Ford, Huyndai and Toyota and for Major World Chevrolet. We are also a PPG dealer and I personally take advantage of the classes they offer with i-car. We currently use the Mitchel and All Data estimating systems and will be adding CCC in Spring of 2016. In addition, we have direct access to the factory websites such as Ford, Toyota, Huyndai, Chevrolet, General Motors, Kia, Audi and BMW.
