“After my car was involved in a serious collision, through no fault of my own, I had it towed to Karl’s Body Shop in Riverdale. From the very beginning, the team at Karl’s was kind, patient, and reassuring—especially during the delays caused by insurance processing. They kept me informed, never rushed the process, and truly made a stressful situation easier to handle. When I picked up my car, I was amazed. The repairs were flawless, and they had even taken the extra step to have it cleaned inside and out. It looked beautiful—better than I imagined it could. The owner and his sons were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Courteous, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. I highly recommend Karl’s Body Shop to anyone looking for top-quality work and exceptional service.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Victor and his shop. I was first introduced to him through my dad, and ever since then, I’ve taken *every single one* of my cars to Victor for service. That alone should say a lot. Even though I now live in Westchester, I still make the trip to the Bronx whenever my car needs work because I trust Victor and his team completely. Victor is honest, knowledgeable, and fair with both his work and his pricing, something that’s incredibly hard to find these days. He takes the time to explain what’s needed, never pushes unnecessary repairs, and always delivers quality results. I’ve never had a single complaint, and every experience has reinforced why I continue to go out of my way to use his shop. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can genuinely trust, Victor is the real deal. Highly, highly recommend.”

“I went to get my horn looked at because it was not working. I ran into this place awhile ago and I finally went to them for service. I was not disappointed. One thing I would recommend is to get there in the morning because they are busy. The owner's son is the person who helped me and he was friendly and willing to help. I did have to wait awhile because I got there in the early afternoon but when we got in the show it was one, two, three! He told me that my horn was dying besides the fact that the wire was broken, found a working horn, replaced the broken wires and replaced the horn and secured the ambient temperature sensor that was hanging. He charged $140 for the complete job and I was satisfied with everything. I recommend this place for all your electrical automotive needs and repairs.”
