I came in this morning pretty stressed because I knew I had a leaking tire valve. From the moment I walked in, Fernando and Peter were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They didn’t brush me off - they listened, told me they’d get it taken care of.
The wait time was short, and before I knew it, they called to let me know my car was ready. When I went back to pay, I was honestly shocked at how affordable the total was. In a world where so many places try to overcharge or convince you that you need extra services, this location truly stands out. They were honest, efficient, and clearly care about serving their customers well.
It’s rare to find auto shops that make you feel comfortable and respected, especially as a woman walking in alone, but I felt completely taken care of here. The shop was clean, organized, and the whole team seemed to work well together.

“I went to get my horn looked at because it was not working. I ran into this place awhile ago and I finally went to them for service. I was not disappointed. One thing I would recommend is to get there in the morning because they are busy. The owner's son is the person who helped me and he was friendly and willing to help. I did have to wait awhile because I got there in the early afternoon but when we got in the show it was one, two, three! He told me that my horn was dying besides the fact that the wire was broken, found a working horn, replaced the broken wires and replaced the horn and secured the ambient temperature sensor that was hanging. He charged $140 for the complete job and I was satisfied with everything. I recommend this place for all your electrical automotive needs and repairs.”

He made himself fully available to answer any questions I had about the process. He was extremely communicative of when the repairs would be completed. He and his team did an exceptional job with the repairs. My car came out of the shop looking immaculate. They’ve got a life-long costumer out of me!”
“I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Certified Pre-Owned from this dealership about two weeks ago, expecting the vehicle to meet Hyundai’s CPO standards. Instead, I discovered several issues immediately after purchase that should have been caught during the 172-point inspection.
On the day of purchase, the front right tire was already deflated, and the air valve cap was tightened so severely that the salesperson, Manuel Chalas, had to replace the cap and nipple on the spot. I also asked him to check the rear tire because the pressure was around 26 psi, but this was ignored. The next day, I noticed a front-end squeaking noise when turning the steering wheel and later discovered that the rear tire valve cap also could not be removed to add air. These defects clearly existed before the sale and should never appear on a certified vehicle.
What disappointed me even more was the dealership’s response. When I reported these issues, I did not receive timely or helpful assistance. I emailed both the General Manager and the dealership with a detailed complaint, but I received no clear reply. Manuel Chalas only responded after I filed a complaint, and his messages were brief, unprofessional, and provided no meaningful support. I had to schedule my own service appointment, and now I must drive over two hours each way from Long Island to fix problems that should have been addressed before the car was sold as CPO.
Overall, I am dissatisfied with the inspection quality, the lack of customer support, and the unprofessional handling of my concerns. This is not the level of service expected from a Hyundai Certified dealership.”
