This is a smaller DXL, however the atmosphere is great. You can go in a concentrate on your shopping experience. And right now the sales are right on time

ENAMUR RAHMAN WAS THE BEST OF THE BEST. HE GUIDED US TO THE STORE AND WAS SO PROFESSIONALLY COURTEOUS. HE TOOK TIME WITH MY SON. He gave him so many options and made us feel like royalty. Thank you so much for this great experience.

The Bay plaza store is Always excellent !! i miss Ravina —( haven’t seen her in a bit ) she always helped us tremendously over the years — in any event the new folks there are excellent very helpful - took care of me from the moment I stepped in the store. Trust and believe us XL folks appreciate a nice clean place that caters to our size .

The interior of the store was beautifully organized and displayed; the employees were friendly and helpful; I found the I wanted. I saw two other items I wanted, but even with "sale" prices, they were well out of my budget.
