DXL Big + Tall at Bay Plaza in the Bronx provides excellent customer service in a nice, clean, and beautifully organized store. The sales staff is friendly, helpful, kind, and professionally courteous, taking time with customers and providing many options. They go out of their way to help people, offering great service from the moment one steps in, and make the experience feel like an exclusive high-end store. Customers can find everything needed in their fit and size, including casual shirts, jeans, performance clothing, dresswear, shoes, and accessories from top brands and exclusive DXL labels. The store is fun to visit, though some sale items can be out of budget. A recommendation is for the store to add a tailor.

Professional courteous and helpful during my time of bereavement. I needed to exchange some clothes and the clerk did a great job with assisting with the transactions that needed to be done. I will continue to patronize this location.
