Felicity Pharmacy is a great small pharmacy located on Tremont Avenue. It is staffed with pleasant, courteous, and helpful people who are really sweet and work hard to provide great service. The employees know customers by name and make everyone feel comfortable, showing they are really for their community. It is one of the very few places where you can make copies and send faxes for reasonable prices, with staff willing to show you how to use the machines. For prescriptions, when the doctor sends it they get it instantly and take between 10 to 40 minutes to process it, so calling in advance is recommended. When you call, it can take 30 seconds to 2 minutes for someone to pick up. The only issue is that they do not have a backup delivery driver, which can be inconvenient. Regarding vaccines, they only offer Pfizer and Moderna and do not offer the Novavax for Covid-19. Customers can set up an appointment online for the same day. Many customers highly recommend this place, with some patronizing it for over 15 years. It is described as a truly joyful, error-free experience.
Very good customer service. If they don't have the medicine, they order it right away for the same day. And when you have a prescription, they inform you right away and prepare it for you to pick it up. This pharmacy is very efficient and is one of the best we have here in the Bronx.

I've been using this pharmacy for almost three years now. Never had an issue thus far. Of course, every establishment has their own faults but other than that. I've never had an issue with getting my medication or any issue with the staff

The NYC Vaccine Finder website is incorrect. They only offer Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. The pharmacist didn't know the difference between those options and the Novavax. They will provide incorrect information over the phone. They do not offer the novavax for Covid-19.
