“I like the services this store provides, and the staff is friendly, efficient and professional.
One exception is on one of their managers, at the pharmacy side. I didn’t see his face or know his name, but recently I stepped in for a UPS package and had to listen to how badly (& loudly) he treated the staff. It was like a parent scolding a child in public, and I find that quite unprofessional. The staff were also quiet and obedient.
There should be manager training for these matters so that no one suffers public embarrassment.
The store and staff is very good however and I recommend it.”
“The name says it all Fordham Care PHARMACY is the only pharmacy I’ve ever used that actual does care. They call me to tell me that I’m running low or I might need a refill on a certain prescription. They remind me and then if there’s an issue, they themselves reach out to the doctors office for clarity or for further information.

“This is the place for you if you need wic formulas. I get my WIC and prescription milk here, and they always have it ready fast. My baby is on Elecare, which is super hard to find, and after searching everywhere, the WIC office told me to come here. Ever since then, I’ve always been able to get it.
The store is clean, they have everything I need, and the staff is really friendly. Plus, they offer free delivery for WIC and prescriptions, which honestly saves me on so many days.”

“Nathan and his staff are professional, courteous, and very helpful. If your medication needs prior authorization, they'll contact you prior and advise you. They even contacted my doctors office! They also text you to let you know your medications are ready and inquire if you'd prefer pick-up or delivery. Yes, they deliver right to your door at a convenient time as agreed. I will be transitioning my family medications as I appreciate the customer service and professionalism.
If you visit the store, it's visually appealing and very bright! I love it and the optical workers are also very welcoming and friendly. “The only thing I don't like is the text/email saying your prescriptions are ready, When they are just starting the process of getting your medication ready... Other then that, The stafe is always pleasant & willing to help... Prices are reasonable, For the few medications I get anyway... I would give 5 stars if they fix that message about medications being ready...”
