Food Universe Marketplace is a neighborhood store known for its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate how the staff greet them like family and go out of their way to help, with some even stopping to assist customers even when busy. The store offers quality, fresh food and is always stocked with what shoppers need. Many mention the caring managers and employees, especially one kind lady with glasses who is very generous and helpful. The store is small but convenient, making it easy for regular shoppers to find their favorites, like Pepsi. While the store provides excellent customer service and a comfortable shopping environment, some customers note that meat prices are high compared to other supermarkets in the Bronx. Overall, Food Universe Marketplace is highly recommended for its friendly service and good selection, making it a beloved community spot.

The place is a little small but they always have what I need and everything is always fresh. And the customer service from this one man is absolutely perfect. He's willing to give a hand at any time even when he is busy . He will stop what he is doing to help you .and guess what he's handicapped.
