KO Automotive is the best auto shop and auto body shop in the Bronx. The owner is super helpful, down to earth, professional, and organized, staying on top of everything. The staff is great and creates a respectful atmosphere. They handle repairs and the insurance process professionally and precisely, with constant updates and communication. Customer service and attention to detail are above any other vendor. They explain all repairs, help with insurance questions and deductibles, and are very accommodating, even assisting with rental cars. They make cars look brand new, even better than when they left the dealership. Their services, including painting, are highly recommended.
