“I have been so happy with Mickey and the repair team at Prospect Auto. From the second I called I was treated like family. Mickey was so easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the whole process. From the removal of the car from the accident scene to delivering my car back to us as if it had never happened….he was always available if I had questions. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended….always ask for Mickey!”

“I had a great experience with the actual work done on my car. The person who handled the repairs was extremely nice, professional, and thorough. I really appreciate It. My car was returned looking great, and they did an excellent job cleaning both the interior and exterior. The quality of the work was outstanding, and I’m very satisfied with the results. However, the customer service at the front desk could use improvement. The receptionist needs to work on her phone etiquette, communication, and overall customer service. The way customers are greeted and communicated with is an important part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, this part did not meet the same standard as the repair work. Overall, I’m very happy with the work done on my vehicle and want to recognize the technician for doing such a great job. I just hope the front-desk customer service can improve to match the quality of the work being performed.”

3050 Boston Rd, Bronx NY 10469
“Overall, I had a good experience with this body shop. The repair quality was excellent, and my vehicle looked great when I got it back. The paint match and body work were well done and the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because my TPMS warning light was still on when I picked up the vehicle. It wasn't clear whether the issue had been fully checked before the car was returned to me, which led to some confusion and additional time spent trying to figure out the cause but Buddy tried his best to help. Aside from that, I'm very happy with the repair and appreciate the work the team put into restoring my vehicle. I would definitely consider using this shop again.”

“After my car was involved in a serious collision, through no fault of my own, I had it towed to Karl’s Body Shop in Riverdale. From the very beginning, the team at Karl’s was kind, patient, and reassuring—especially during the delays caused by insurance processing. They kept me informed, never rushed the process, and truly made a stressful situation easier to handle. When I picked up my car, I was amazed. The repairs were flawless, and they had even taken the extra step to have it cleaned inside and out. It looked beautiful—better than I imagined it could. The owner and his sons were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Courteous, professional, and clearly skilled at what they do. I highly recommend Karl’s Body Shop to anyone looking for top-quality work and exceptional service.”

“J&R is the place for auto service and repairs. I have been with them for over 14 or 15 years. Last week the service department at MB told me the rear spring coils on my GLE350 were damaged and I needed to replace them. I brought my car to J&R. Jose and Nico performed a full and thorough inspection on my vehicle and found no signs of damage to the rear springs. MB was obviously trying to scam me out of money for unnecessary service. I just saved a bundle by switching to J&R. Will bring my car to them from now on in place of MB. David, Nicole, and Jose are the creme of the crop. I highly recommend them.”
