I took a Sunday 12:30 class w Niota. The studio is a lovely large space. Niota is a great teacher. The class was a gentle one, focused on increased flexibility. The owner, Eduvirgis, was very welcoming.

I sunny, bright, calming yoga studio. A lovely get away in the neighborhood. I enjoy the Gentle Hatha sessions, Bellydancing, Women's Circle, Sound Bath Meditation, and the fun Community Pop-Up Markets.
