First off I want to Thank you for your service when I went in with a complicated situation and the service I got was phenomenal. The associates that helped me out tried to the best of their knowledge to do what they could to help me with my situation. The associates that helped me were Sory and Sandra. This is to convey to you the visit by optimum technician. My internet, tv, and phone were down for 2 days due to a fire in the building. The optimum technician responded on Monday, 3/25. The technician was very thorough and repaired everything. He was very informative and extremely polite. Optimum is the best.

The store was very quiet and clean. The person at the counter was polite, but I was confused about asking me to take the modem and cords out of the box they sent it to me in. It honestly felt like I was being asked to do her job, but I still left the modem box on the counter. If they don't have a system to recycle their own materials and boxes, that's a problem they need to rectify. Don't make the customer do something staff should be doing.

Store closed before its operation hours end. Was not able to drop off my modem after traveling for 40 minutes to the location!

On July 6th , 2023 at around 6:45 PM the store was closed; even though the schedule posted on the door reads closing time is 7:00 PM.
