Victor was amazing I came in to pay my bill and he assisted me with the machine and told me about a promotion where I can switch my phone line to optimum and pay less then what I’m paying now glad to say I’m am now a optimum mobile customer

At the 3rd Avenue Bronx location, I needed to return a new, never used, router extension that I wound up not needing, and Joshua was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and so fast! I was in and out in 15 minutes with everything resolved!
