The store was very quiet and clean. The person at the counter was polite, but I was confused about asking me to take the modem and cords out of the box they sent it to me in. It honestly felt like I was being asked to do her job, but I still left the modem box on the counter. If they don't have a system to recycle their own materials and boxes, that's a problem they need to rectify. Don't make the customer do something staff should be doing.

Store closed before its operation hours end. Was not able to drop off my modem after traveling for 40 minutes to the location!

On July 6th , 2023 at around 6:45 PM the store was closed; even though the schedule posted on the door reads closing time is 7:00 PM.

It would be a great store if the security guard was replaced. On her phone all day then yelling at customers as they come in the store. Great service otherwise

I ventured into this store for a quick e-sim swap. They were not able to rectify the situation; something that took no more than 5 minutes by phone. My bigger issue was the fact the employee that initially assisted me was unaware of his limitations. He did not pass me off to another associate, I had to find my way after he began to assist someone else:(

Security is locking the shop before 7pm and laughing at ppl who are upset from long travel to return items. No one gave their names or the name of management…therefore all unprofessional at this location and should be replaced.Customer who was disrespected has had optimum for near 30 years (since 95). Posts from the incident are currently being reshared by friends and fam and going viral on social media. Will be contacting the store manager with the info and photos.

Negative a million stars. Optimum has a monopoly in the area and they take advantage of this to force people to sing onto exploitative policies. If you cancel at the beginning of the month you get charged for the whole month. They steal your money without providing services. It does not matter what is going on in your life, you better prioritize timing for cancelling services from Optimum, otherwise they can "legally" steal your hard earned money, hiding behind tiny print they know nobody reads because they don't have an alternative if they want to be able to be active members of a society that relies completely on access to internet.
