Established in 1921, The Shield Institute has been a pioneer in leading services for people with autism spectrum disorder. Our schools and facilities are committed to working in partnership with families and communities to enable children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead meaningful lives. Our services include Special Education for Pre-school and School Age children, Speech Therapy, Art Therapy, Occupational and Physical Therapy, Community Transition Services, Job Training, and Adult-Day Habilitation Services. My son attends this school it has been the best decision. Great teachers by the way and learning programs🤩

My child attended last year in 3K in Mr. Michael's classroom, the school is wonderful, they have very friendly and very empathetic staff, the teachers, assistants, secretary, in short, they are all super professional and will guide and help you in everything your little one's process
