ShopRite of Bruckner Blvd is a grocery store that is part of the larger ShopRite chain, which operates over 270 stores across the Northeast. The store is individually owned and operated, giving it a unique personality. Customers appreciate the polite salespeople, but note that the deli and shopping carts are not always up to par. The store is praised for catering to the needs of the elderly community.
Some customers have experienced issues with the online ordering system, but found the staff to be helpful in resolving these problems. There have been complaints about the security measures, such as glass casings, which can cause delays in accessing certain products. Pricing and advertisements have also been called into question, with some sales items not matching the advertised prices.
However, the store is lauded for its selection of halal meats, which attracts customers from outside the local area. The manager, Muhammad, is particularly praised for ensuring the store caters to the needs of the Muslim community. Overall, ShopRite of Bruckner Blvd aims to serve the diverse needs of its local community.
