T.J. Maxx is a large off-price retailer offering an ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name and designer fashions at amazing value. Customers can find discounted items for less, including great fashions, jackets, sweaters, and useful items for the home, kitchen, or closet. The store generally has a pretty good selection and is very organized, with shelves that are generally stocked. The jewelry counter is one of the best, and there are many good selections of nick nacks. However, during the holidays it is not so organized, and you must be willing to take the time to search the racks. Checkout lines are always long if you come midday, but going off-peak allows for little to no wait. The staff is helpful, polite, friendly, and cordial, providing amazing customer service. One note is that one of the escalators is often down.
Raylene was very helpful and assisted me with everything I needed. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole process easy. Overall, I had a great experience speaking with her and really appreciated her help.

I love this place fair pricing nice staff, things are in order. Staff very friendly and polite. Be aware can be addictive shopping there so many nice things for the home. More expensive at Target. Take a minute and walk over to TJ max
