T.J. Maxx is a large off-price retailer offering an ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name and designer fashions at amazing value. Customers can find discounted items for less, including great fashions, jackets, sweaters, and useful items for the home, kitchen, or closet. The store generally has a pretty good selection and is very organized, with shelves that are generally stocked. The jewelry counter is one of the best, and there are many good selections of nick nacks. However, during the holidays it is not so organized, and you must be willing to take the time to search the racks. Checkout lines are always long if you come midday, but going off-peak allows for little to no wait. The staff is helpful, polite, friendly, and cordial, providing amazing customer service. One note is that one of the escalators is often down.
I go there often, I love this store just needs more staff.

Today 7-23-2025 I went shopping T.J.Maxx and I found the lady behind the counter. Her name is Martha was an excellent employee. She was soft-spoken with a smile on her face was quite helpful. You are able to find nice things. However, you need to purchase it on the spot. Because when you go back, it's gone.
