“This review is literally based off the amazing customer service conducted by the cashier I have had the pleasure of encountering twice .I purchased some home items and came back to return them and both times he was extremely pleasant n helpful.The lines are pretty long so I had time to watch his interactions with other customers and he deals with every customer with the outmost respect,this is extremely rare in todays world .Kudos to the young cashier upfront with the dreadlocks sadly didn’t get his name but he has a winning attitude.Also I see a few comments complaining about the stores organization…literally has more to do with the shoppers at this location then the staff I frequent this location enough to see customers mess up the aisles like toddlers the isn’t enough payroll to clean up behind everyone ,you want neat stores shop better !!!”

“The jewelry counter at this TJ Maxx is one of the best ones I’ve encountered. The staff is also helpful, polite, and friendly. There’s a pretty good selection of items here as well, and it’s a great spot to find jackets.Now then… one of the escalators is almost always down every time I’ve gone (granted that’s only been about 4 times now) and that’s kind of odd. Lol”
“Nice sales on shirts, shoes, and boots. This Macy's is inside a mall. Parking can be hard during the weekends and holidays. During the weekend you can be stuck in long lines waiting for customer service and registers. It gets very busy during the weekend and slower during the week. Wheelchair friendly. They have restrooms inside the store. Check the website to see if the item is available at the store before your trip. I use online order store pick-up, which is great when your item size is not correct you are allowed to exchange the item or request a refund. They have curbside pickup for online store orders.”

“I was really happy with my visit on July 4th. I knew the lines would be shorter as people were out celebrating the meaningless pagan holiday of a nation that daily looks for ways to remove freedoms. Anyways, I really enjoyed all of the decent prices, the selection of merchandise, the size of the store, and the clean bathrooms.The manager, the cashier, and the store associates were so helpful. I found some really cute merchandise for my apartment at really great prices. I do not have my TJX credit card in my possession. However, the cashier was more than knowledgeable about helping me make my purchase without it. I highly recommend this location. It employs a lot of minorities in a highly minority neighborhood. The merchandise is really high end as thought it would be found in an affluent neighborhood.”

Why pay more when you can pay less ? at Cookies.I drove from the North/East bronx to the South Bronx where I was born and raised and it was well worth the drive. Not only to see how things have changed and developed around the neighborhood but because their prices saved me alot of money having a child in Catholic school and needing memory fosm Maryjane shoes for school at a fraction of the price that Flynn O' Hara charges. Plus their white button down uniform shirts were also super inexpensive, 1/4 of the price from anywhere else.Thank you Cookies for helping out the community with affordable pricing.I will continue to drive here for my daughter's school needs.”

“A big, well stocked Five Below that stays up to date on the latest Five Below merchandise releases. The staff are always friendly and helpful. You never have to worry if you need assistance. The store is organized, neat, and appears to be well-run. Their affordable tech selection is the best I've come across in the Bronx. It's the perfect place to shop for gifts, household goods, art supplies, and anime fandom items for amazing prices. It's strategically located between tasty food spots and a Claire's, making it one of the most convenient Five Belows to shop at.”
“Customers outnumber the staff. The area is rough.. store gets shopped rough... you need staff to recover and control the shoppers from making messes and opening up merchandise.. All retail and big box stores in NY have this problem. TJMaxx, Marshall's, Target. Payroll saving programs don't work in NY and the 5 boros.”
“While driving thru the Bronx toward Westchester I notice five below has dropped anchor at the Bruckner shopping plaza and it's not Kmart which is gone but at 5 below and beyond you can find plenty useful things at this new location which is big and spacious , clean , organized and well stocked . Do i really need another phone case or charger or Bluetooth speaker or lavender bath bomb balls or a few boxes of candy or a nerf football or a mini lava lamp or a book on home repairs or a poster of the world or pet toys or key chain flash light or a portable thermos or a few other cool gizmos AND THE ANSWER IS YES TO ALL ABOVE . folks who live in the area will like having a five below in the hood and for me just passing by , I will agree . “It's great to have this type of store in this neighborhood now. It is a large stor that sells a wide variety of products. Before they opened I had to go outside the neighborhood to purchase household items. If something breaks in my house it is a convenience to have to just have to walk a few blocks and not have to get on public transportation sometimes. They have a wide selection of products for reasonable prices and the manager and employees are pleasant and helpful. The store is very clean, ordered, and spacious.”
“On one hot August day today, I got to see a busy, but comfortable atmosphere. I was with my mom this time doing her routine shopping. I stumbled on a Calvin Klein cologne on the shelf! It is my favorite brand and I already have Calvin Klein Mankind. I support Calvin Klein wherever it is sold! The store is clean, organized and a place to stop by and browse while taking a break from the hot sun! I might come back and purchase it in this store. Brands here in Marshall are cheaper than in the official store.”
